TMZ has obtained a copy of the birth certificate for the latest addition to the Spears/Federline family, and now it's official -- it's a boy!

The certificate, filed today at the L.A. County Registrar-Recorder's office, reveals that the boy's name is Jayden James Federline. The certificate is signed by K-Fed himself, although a close inspection reveals that the signature is more like printing. Daddy Fed inked his name on Sept. 13, one day after Jayden was born. Britney Spears wants to do everything she can to help hubby Kevin Federline get his hip-hop career off the ground, but music industry sources tell TMZ that in doing so she could be putting her own career in jeopardy. And even though she's reportedly contributing her voice to a duet called "Crazy" on K-Fed's album, the same sources say that doing that duet could seriously hurt Britney's prospects -- just like it did for Whitney Houston. Britney has fired longtime publicist LESLIE SLOANE-ZELNICK and taken charge of her own public relations according to media reports in the US. Sloane-Zelnick has been on hiatus since the beginning of September (06), after Spears insisted on handling the PR duties surrounding the birth of her second son SUTTON PIERCE, who was born on 12 September (06). Spears unsuccessfully orchestrated an interview with American TODAY SHOW host MATT LAUER in June (06), where she wore a revealing top and chewed gum during her appearance. Sources tell entertainment website Radar Online that Spears did manage to negotiate a lucrative deal for the exclusive rights to the first photos of Sutton. Although OK! magazine reportedly bid close to $2 million (GBP1.1 million) for the first photos, Spears turned down the deal and decided to go with US publication People. Britney suing 8 tabloids for divorce rumors

TimesOnline.co.uk: BELFAST is looking to challenge London as the libel capital of the world as some of America�s biggest stars, including the singers Britney Spears and Whitney Houston, prepare to sue through its courts.

Spears is to sue the National Enquirer, based in Florida, for reports that her marriage to Kevin Federline was at an end. She is also suing seven other US and British publications that repeated the claims.

Foreign claimants have long been attracted to London because of the strict libel laws, but Belfast offers the prospect of high payouts, faster justice and lower costs.

Paul Tweed, senior partner at Johnson�s solicitors, who has been instructed by Spears, said he was also being consulted by Houston, Paula Abdul, the singer, and Steve Bing, film producer and father of Liz Hurley�s son Damian.

London won a reputation for �libel tourism� after a series of cases in which claimants went out of their way to bring actions in the capital, even when the publication had a tiny UK circulation.

Last year Roman Polanski, the film director, won �50,000 from Vanity Fair, first going to the Lords for the right to give evidence from France by videolink, for fear of deportation by Britain to America.

There were also fears that US publishers might have to stop contentious books being sold on the internet in case they reach the �claimant-friendly� English courts, after a Saudi billionaire won �30,000 damages over 23 copies of an American book imported into Britain.

One law firm, which represents American celebrities suing in London, said: �They come to the UK because it is a good place to sue. In the US there is a public figure defence which means that if you have celebrity status you can�t sue anybody in America unless you can show that they acted from malice.�

Belfast has similar libel laws to England, but waiting lists are shorter and the costs can be 75% lower. Many cases go to juries, which make higher awards. In one Belfast case, brought by Tweed, Barney Eastwood, the boxing promoter, received an award of �450,000, the highest in Irish legal history.

If an American publication does not have assets in Britain, Tweed sues distributors and website hosts. He is currently taking action against Yahoo!.

Britney Spears: "Son loves my sexy dancing"

Britney Spears has revealed her son likes her to perform sexy dance routines for him.

The singer, famed for her raunchy dance moves in her videos, says nine-month-old Sean Preston goes ga-ga when she struts her stuff in front of him.

She said: "When my son sees me dance, he lights up."

Meanwhile, Britney's husband, Kevin Federline, has reportedly told his wife to sack her new bodyguard - because he fears the pair are getting too close.

Kevin has told his spouse he doesn't want her to employ Perry Taylor, a 28-year-old US Naval Academy graduate, anymore because he is worried he will come between them as they try and save their struggling marriage.

The aspiring rapper is said to have been unhappy after seeing photographs of Perry carrying his 9-month-old son and pushing him along in a stroller while out shopping.

A source said: "Kevin didn't like seeing Perry holding his son while out with Britney. He instructed her to drop him before their reunion to get their marriage back on track.

Speaking on US news show DATELINE last night (15JUN06), the pop superstar revealed she was taken aback by the tabloid attacks levelled at her after she appeared to steal husband KEVIN FEDERLINE away from his pregnant girlfriend SHAR JACKSON. Spears maintained she knew nothing about Federline's romance when she started dating him, and later discovered he and Jackson had separated before he started courting the pop star. Mistakenly thinking Roberts' husband DANNY MODER was a father when he left his wife and started dating the PRETTY WOMAN star, Spears questioned, "That happened with Julia Roberts too but it's more talked about and more of an issue with me. "Her (Roberts') husband (Moder) was married and had kids when they first got together, (but) for some reason it's like, 'Boom, in your face' when it happens with me and it's really none of anybody's business." Moder was married to make-up artist VERA STEIMBERG when he first met Roberts on the set of THE MEXICAN in 2001. Britney sued

You remember the incident with paparazzo back in 2004? I sort of feel sorry for paparazzi, I know they often intervene into celebrities daily lives, but...well they are CELEBRITIES and should be watched (so call me evil :S), but of course with some exceptions.

Anyway, here's the article:

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court by a paparazzo claiming that Britney Spears and her mother Lynne Spears are responsible for serious injuries he suffered when he was allegedly struck by an SUV carrying the pop princess.

The incident occurred in June 2004, when Spears, her sister Jamie Lynn and her mother Lynne were leaving a Santa Monica pet store. A number of paparazzi, including the plaintiff Cullen Reavley, crowded around the vehicle. The car, we're told, was owned by Lynne, she was also the one who was driving. Reavley fell to the ground, claiming Lynne ran over his foot. Police and paramedics were called and Reavley was taken to the hospital. Although police were called, they reportedly determined Lynne had nothing wrong and she was not ticketed.

In the lawsuit, filed at the Beverly Hills Courthouse, Reavley claims he suffered injuries to the "head, neck, back, trunk and extremities, all of which have caused and continue to cause plaintiff great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering." The suit goes on to claim that the "injuries will result in permanent disability."

In addition to Britney, Reavley is suing Lynne and Britney Touring, Inc. for unspecified damages, in excess of $25,000.

A call to Britney's rep was not immediately returned.

According to contactmusic.com: Bosses at New York museum Madame Tussauds have launched a new campaign aimed at prompting BRITNEY SPEARS to dump her husband and return to her former glories - using their six-year-old waxwork likeness of the pop star. Museum chiefs have remodelled the Britney figure, complete with a heaving chest, to launch their Bring Back Britney campaign. And they're going one step further, asking patrons to "Save Britney from herself, from her husband and from her relentless fertility." Before we get to who's diddling around with whom (or pretending to), let's check in with those diddlers par excellence Brit 'n' Kev. You may have caught wind round the electronic goss mill that the soon-to-be-'rents of two are splitting. Yeah, me, too.

But now I'm hearing splitsville tawk from Brit's southern-fried fam, in which it also seems to be common knowledge Ms. S. will be naming her second child, rumored to be a girl, Emma - after somebody's gran'rents on either side. I believe it's her dad's (Let's hope so, as papa K.'s lineage may be less in the pic, eventually). Get this: Grandma E., so I'm told by Spears clan-ites, once got in trouble for writing a risqué poem in school. I hear Granny's Mississippi teach found the writing to be "vulgar."

Kevin won't save Britney

I have no idea, why this kind of topic was brought up at the first place, sounds bit suspicious.

According to Femalefirst.co.uk:
Kevin Federline would save his son over wife Britney Spears.
The 28-year-old fledgling rapper admitted that if he was stranded on a raft at sea and only allowed to save either his son Sean Preston or pop star spouse he would have to let his wife drown.

He told US radio station Power 106FM: "Sean P. I would save my kids. Sorry baby I love you but I had to say that."

The couple - who married in 2004 - had their first child in October and Britney's parenting skills have come under intense criticism.

Social services recently paid their residence a visit after Sean fell out of his high chair and fractured his skull. The 24-year-old singer is now planning to sue the makers of the high chair.

K-Fed's ex and mother of his first two children has reportedly been the star's most ardent critic and told Kevin that Britney should not be left alone with her children.

According to rumours Sean may soon have a new sister or after she was photographed showing a tell-tell belly and publicists refuse to deny or confirm reports.

When asked about the pregnancy rumors K-Fed refused to comment.

He did however go on to reveal details about his wife's unusual cravings for pickles and ice cream during her first pregnancy.

Britney Spears safety breach claims

Britney Spears is at the centre of another row over the safety of her son - after allegedly flouting baby car-seat rules again.
The pop princess - who faced outrage after driving with Sean Preston on her knee earlier this year - was seen motoring through Malibu with the baby allegedly "lolling about" in his child seat.
It has sparked fears the eight-month-old tot was not properly strapped into his chair.
An onlooker told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "He didn't look properly strapped in at all. There certainly didn't appear to be any restraints on his shoulders."
Pat Bentley, of UK charity Roadpeace, said: "The child does not seem to be secured properly.
"There should be straps across the shoulders - but the way his shoulder is slumped forward, it appears there are no such straps."
According to Britain's The Sun newspaper, the baby was also facing forwards, despite the fact California police suggest tots under 12 months should travel in backwards-facing seats.
Meanwhile, the singer - who recently announced she was expecting her second baby with husband Kevin Federline - has denounced Kabbalah.
Britney, who was introduced to the mystical religion by pop diva Madonna, has written a note on her website, www.britneyspears.com, saying her son is her new faith.
It reads: "I no longer study Kaballah, my baby is my religion."

Spears in new baby vehicle scare

Pop star BRITNEY SPEARS has hit the headlines again after she was photographed driving with her son SEAN PRESTON in a dangerous seating position. The TOXIC singer received a visit from Department Of Children And Family Services (DCFS) in February (06) after she was photographed driving with the eight-month-old tot sitting on her lap in California. Spears apologised for blunder, but claimed she was driving away in a hurry to escape paparazzi. British newspaper the Daily Mirror today (16MAY06) published a photo of Spears driving her white Mini Cooper near her home in Malibu with the baby slumped forward in his car seat in the rear of the vehicle. After studying the images, PAT BENTLEY, of British charity Roadpeace, says, "The child does not appear to be secured properly. "There should be straps across the shoulders - but the way his shoulder is slumped forward, it appears there are no such straps. "If that is correct, then she is not caring for her child in the proper manner while he was in the vehicle." In April (05), Spears received a second visit from the DCFS when her son hurt his head when he fell out of a faulty highchair. No action was taken. Spears is currently five months pregnant with her second child.

Not that long after, TMZ obtained video of Britney Spears leaving a Toys 'R Us with her baby. As she closes the door, she has the baby on her lap. The question: Was the child in a car seat once the vehicle began moving? An employee of the Toys 'R Us in Porter Ranch, Calif., a suburb of Los Angeles, told TMZ.com that on January 15 Spears went to purchase a car seat and a stroller. The employee said the manager installed the seat in the assistant's vehicle.

Since the windows were heavily tinted, it was unclear what Spears did once inside the vehicle. But as the door shuts, the baby is clearly on her lap, and not in a car seat. Nothing ever came of it and the DCFS cleared Spears of any wrong doing.

Now there are new photos that have surfaced that claim to be that of Spears yet again shown in an irresponsible light. The question is, is it really Britney?

Miu von Furstenburg of Socialitelife.com has photos and some details: 'Britney (yet again) is breaking the law with Sean Preston's car seat installed facing forward. The law is for babies to stay rear-racing until their 1 year old! Thanks to reader Coleen for pointing this out. We were just going to comment on the curlers in her hair. Who's the guy? Does little Sean Preston have a male nanny?'

What remains unclear is whether or not this is actually Britney or not. Does she own a Mini Cooper?

Brit no longer studies Kabbalah

According to Britney's official site, she no longer studies Kabbalah.
"I no longer study Kabbalah, my baby is my religion," says Britney.

This statement makes you think whatever she has stopped believening in this religion or is she just taking time off? Who knows.

Hello.

This is my first post in this blog. This blog is about Britney Spears, daily news, reviews and my opinions mostly. Celebrities are very intresting topic for me and Brit have been my favorite for a long time.
Anyway, I sort of think that creating just a fansites is too useless, since many sites offer the same information, which you have heard alrealy or seen in a couple of other pages.
And I will try to update this blog daily.
